Every thing is ok and the rooms were very nice and clean

The air condition was too hot it like it’s not working because there are no any wind come out but they said is working!!. Moreover we requested a air fun for one room and we got it when the other room called the reception to request for there room a fun the man told her we don’t provide this in the hotel and we don’t have , then they told him no that you have and you give the other room after that he provided to the room, however a five star employees need not to lays to the customer it’s not a good manners.

Wonderful

It was located middle of the city, so it was easy to move around, and the interior of the lobby and restaurant was so beautiful.

There were cases where restaurant and bar staff served different drinks than ordered because there were many trainees, but seeing the trainer blame the trainee rather than sorry, I felt unprofessional..

Awesome

An amazing hotel in a prestigious building that even lives up to qualities of a Park Hyatt hotel franchise. The entry hall, the cafe and the check-in desk's location beat even wonderful interior of the FS Budapest. The facilities are totally new, the room was spacious and very luxurious. Noise cancellation of the windows with city views was excellent. And if you saw the movie, Tinker tailor soldier spy - you may remember what happened in the hall in that excellent movie :-)

The breakfast was super slow, we actually left before receiving it. Understaffed, disorganized. After this incident, the senior staff was very keen and kind to compensate us but that part of the experience was a disappointment.

Fabulous

Big room, right in the city centre, few minutes walking to the shops and restaurants. Stayed for one night so nothing was wrong. I personally adore the style of the hotel, its design and the furniture which was used. It has a touch of ellegance and luxury. I felt very comfortable.

I understand that the hotel has been opened recently and during the covid break the hotel was closed again, but it is one of the most expensive 5 star hotels in Budapest. It is also the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen and been accommodated in the city. That’s why some things should be improved. The employees seem to be young (just like part-time workers), they work slowly and there is a big mess at the breakfast with serving and ordering food. Waiting about 15-20 minutes for two drinks in the evening is a bit too much. There’s also a problem with recognizing hotel guests (even when the hotel is almost empty now). However, there was no problem with the receptionist or checking in/out, what I personally appreciate.

Top location and comfortable room

The hotel is located in a center of the city and walk distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and all sightseeing spots. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. We booked a deluxe room with city view, and we were in second floor. We were expecting to have a room with higher floor to enjoy the city view, but at the end we were very happy with the room in lower floor as we could see old beautiful buildings just in front of our windows. Due to corona, the breakfast was not buffet but à la carte, but it was very good. Because of this central location, if you go by car, it might be difficult to find a street parking near hotel area.
